Due to continued expansion, we are looking to appoint multiple Machine Operators to join their high-performing production team. Machine Operators - Full-Time - Pontypool £12.21 - £13.50 per hour (dependent on experience) Working Hours Choose from two shift patterns: Day Shift Monday - Thursday: 06:00 - 14:30, Friday: 06:00 - 13:00 Afternoon Shift Monday - Thursday: 14:30 - 22:00, Friday: 13:00 - 17:30 (Paid until 18:00) Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery to ensure continuous production flow Set and run die-cutters, gluers, and flexographic printing machines Supply machines with raw materials and feed boards as required Carry out changeovers, part inspections, and machine adjustments Follow production plans, work instructions, and standard operating procedures Complete production paperwork accurately and in a timely manner Work closely with other departments to achieve manufacturing targets Identify and report any production or machine issues Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation around work areas (5S / Good Housekeeping) Key Requireme...
