Due to continuous business and new projects, thepany is seeking an experienced Motorsport and Production Calibration Engineer to deliver high-level calibration support to customers across motorsport and related industries.
This is a dual-focused rolebining hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities across people, projects, and product development. You will work directly with customers both remotely and on-site—solvingplex integration challenges such asmissioning gearbox electronics, developing calibrations, and ensuring optimal system performance.Offering a range of benefits including flexi-start time, private healthcare, generous holiday allowance and more, this is an excellent time to join this fast-expandingpany.Key Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Calibration & Technical Support – Provide expert remote and on-site calibration support to customers both in the UK and around the World.
2. Project & Product Management – Lead and support engineering projects from concept through to delivery.
3. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations.
4. Coordinate internal resources and delegate tasks such as quotation generation.
5. Day-to-Day Activities – Responding to customer support calls and technical queries

6. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering
7. Minimum 7+ years’ experience in motorsport, automotive, or aviation engineering
8. Strong background in calibration, control systems, and vehicle electronics
9. Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles
10. Experience managing technical projects and delivering to deadlines.
