You will need to provide reports on actual costs vs. estimate and identifying underlying reasons for any variance & resolutions, highlight, confront and resolve variance to latest plans. Assisting the Quantity Surveyor in ensuring that all project team members (including site staff) understand the contractual arrangements. This will ensure we satisfy our Client & Partner organisation requirements.
