We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £32,130, depending on experience and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
Creating and maintaining clear Standard Operating Procedures for your assigned Finance processes
* Supporting Oracle quarterly update cycles, writing regression test scripts and performing testing in high‑risk areas
* Working with Solution Delivery Leads to promote process governance and ensure compliance with the delivered solution
* Collaborating with internal SMEs and external partners to resolve system issues and deliver process enhancements
* Providing training, guidance, and best‑practice support to Finance users across the business
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications or strong understanding of Finance ERP environments
* Solid understanding of financial controls, SOX compliance, and their impact on business processes
* Strong analytical ability, comfortable working with data and taking a logical, practical approach to problem‑solving
* Excellent organisational skills, able to multitask, prioritise, and work calmly under pressure
* A proactive, curious, future‑focused mindset with the confidence to lead on process improvements and small projects
