Technical Coordinator
Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the technical management team with appraisals of potential development land, ensuring timely delivery.
* Provide cost-effective options for land development, prioritizing efficient use of resources.
* Evaluate site feasibility, ensuring proper servicing and construction.
* Contribute to strategic land acquisitions and planning appeals, including technical studies and negotiations with statutory authorities.
* Liaise with statutory authorities, preparing and reviewing documentation and drawings.
* Develop detailed design programs, managing production information to meet business objectives.
* Assist with technical and services budgets.
* Communicate technical design matters to the technical managers.
* Maintain awareness of current research and trends, providing recommendations as needed.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Engineering technical experience, preferably from an architectural consultancy or developer background.
* Previous experience within the house building or construction sector.
* A degree in a relevant discipline, such as architecture, design, planning, civil engineering, or the built environment.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Experience working with complex technical drawings and plans.
* Strong IT skills.
