Job Description:

About Us:

At Thrive, our mission is simple but powerful: to help children and young people build emotional resilience so they can thrive in life and learning. Our evidence-based, whole-school approach to wellbeing improves attendance, behaviour and attainment in schools across the UK.

We're a passionate, purpose-driven organisation, and everything we do is guided by our belief that every child deserves the best possible start in life. By joining us, you'll be helping to create lasting impact for children, schools and communities nationwide.

About the Role:

We're looking for a Partnerships & Implementation Lead to join us on a a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract, to play a key role in supporting schools, Multi-Academy Trusts and Local Authorities to embed the Thrive Approach at scale.

In this exciting and varied role, you'll:

* Act as a trusted partner for schools and settings, ensuring they are set up for success from the very start of their Thrive journey.

* Lead on the effective implementation of Thrive, supporting customers to overcome barriers and realise the full impact of our approach.

* Strengthen long-term partnerships through proactive account management, regular review meetings and strategic planning.

* Monitor customer experience, gather feedback and share insights across the business to continuously improve how we support our partners.

* Play a pivotal role in improving customer retention by identifying risk early and helping settings to fully embed Thrive in their practice.

This is a role where you'll bring together relationship building, implementation expertise and data-driven insight to ensure our partners achieve meaningful, sustainable outcomes.

About You:

You'll be someone who combines a customer-first mindset with strong organisational skills and the ability to make things happen. Ideally, you will bring:

* Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record in account management, partnerships or relationship management.

* A good understanding of the education landscape and the challenges schools face around social, emotional and mental health (SEMH).

* Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to build trust quickly with a range of stakeholders.

* Strong organisational skills - able to balance competing priorities and manage projects effectively.

* A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to identify and address risks.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (project management experience would be an advantage).

* Knowledge of the Thrive Approach and our product offer would be highly desirable, but not essential.

If you're collaborative, adaptable and passionate about making a difference in education, we'd love to hear from you.

Our Benefits:

We value our people and are proud to offer a supportive and flexible working environment, along with a benefits package that includes:

* Competitive pay and flexible benefits, including pension, healthcare schemes and an electric vehicle scheme.

* 28 days' annual leave (rising to 33 days with service), plus Bank Holidays.

* Training and development opportunities to support your professional growth.

* A collaborative, inclusive and purpose-driven culture.

* The chance to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people.

Ready to make an impact?
Apply today and help us build stronger partnerships that create brighter futures.
