We're looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to take charge of transport bookings, consignment paperwork, and day-to-day logistics supportnot stock control. ?? What Youll Be Doing ?? Transport & Dispatch
Book carriers and schedule collections/deliveries
Prepare consignment notes, packing lists, and shipping docs
Track shipments and keep teams/customers updated
?? Operational Support
Process goods-in/out paperwork and maintain accurate records
Support cycle counts and assist with warehouse workload planning
Work closely with warehouse teams to meet daily targets
??? Admin & Systems
Maintain electronic order records via WMS
Create basic delivery/carrier reports
Help with general admin: data entry, scanning, filing
?? Communication & Co-ordination
Be the go-to contact for Sales, Customer Service & external carriers
Raise transport/scheduling issues to the Ops Manager
Help resolve documentation discrepancies
?? What Youll Bring Some experience in warehouse, logistics or transport
Confident with goods-in/goods-out, picking/packing processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Strong communicator and highly organised
Quick to learn new systems and thrive in a fast-paced team
Bonus: experience with ERP/WMS systems & UK transport docs (CMR, etc.)
