Deliver a second subject (PE, Maths or Humanities preferred) based on school needs and your strengths. Adapt teaching to meet the needs of Pupils with SEMH, SEND and EHCPs. Use trauma-informed, relational and restorative approaches to support learning and behaviour. Assess, track and report on pupil progress to drive achievement. Provide daily pastoral support as a Form Tutor, building strong, positive relationships with pupils. Monitor attendance, wellbeing and behaviour, and liaise with families and professionals. Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and pastoral teams to promote emotional regulation, resilience and self-esteem. Contribution to a positive, inclusive school culture, attend CPD and uphold safeguarding responsibilities. Engage with whole-school initiatives and curriculum development. What We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree Experience working with SEN and/or SEMH pupils Strong behaviour management skills rooted in consistency and empathy Excellent communication and teamwork skills Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice Experience teaching PE, Maths or Humanities Experience delivering vocational or functional IT qualifications Knowledge of trauma-informed or restorative approaches Experience as a Form Tutor or in a pastoral role How to Apply To apply for this rewarding opportunity, please apply online via the link provided.
