You will be working alongside our Fleet Manager, Andy Martin, and his team. This is an opportunity not to be missed. This is at times a challenging yet rewarding role within our Maintenance Department which is the backbone of our lease vehicles on hire, with our ever-expanding fleet of cars & LCV You will be required to use your knowledge and skills previously gained within the Automotive space whilst also effectively working alongside Andy & the team ensure accurate & cost-effective repairs are carried out whilst offering outstanding service levels to our corporate & public sector clients. Qualifying Experience and Training : Automotive maintenance background with a strong technical knowledge (vehicle leasing company or after sales / service dept) IT literate with excellent communication skills and a proven record of providing customers with a high level of support and customer satisfaction along with good problem-solving skills. Summary of Objectives : To ensure the prompt and accurate authorization of necessary services and remedial work (SMR) which also extends to tyres for our fully maintained & fleet managed fleet, which includes cars & commercial vehicles. Working within company guidelines and policy you will use your experience to minimize unnecessary repair costs and reduce overall maintenance expenditure. In addition, you will also be tasked with reducing overall vehicle downtime whilst liaising with the end users in a helpful, friendly and professional manner. To comply with laid down policies and to complete all necessary paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. To promptly respond to maintenance and repair requests and authorize or adjust as appropriate via the 1 link platform To assist our customers fleet teams and drivers with queries and SMR issues in a helpful, friendly and professional manner. To ensure that all customer records i.e computerised database and central file information outlining the customers general requirements are current and accurate.
