M&a analyst

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

* The M&A Analyst is responsible for providing insights and support to the IMServ M&A processes, covering deal origination, deal pipeline management, valuation and returns calculations, live opportunity execution and post-acquisition integration activities.
* This role involves complex financial modelling covering sensitised forecasting, funding structures and managing data/information flows to support IMServs M&A strategy and ensure Corporate and Private Equity Financial-Backer financial objectives are met.
* The M&A Analyst will work closely with the Corporate Services Director and other senior management and external advisors involved in M&A and corporate financing

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Process Building and continuous improvement: Using technology, including AI/ML, to automate to the greatest extent possible, build, operate, own and apply continuous improvement to IMServs M&A processes.
