The primary focus of the role will be sup porting the administrative function of running t he bus i ness across sever al areas including Sales, C on tract s, Deliver y, Fin ance and Su pp l y Cha in. Mission Your mission will be to facilitate and su pport the effect ive running of ou r b usiness opera tions. You will act as the conduit be tween proc esses and te ams t o en sure ou r proj ects cor rectly fo llow pro cess and h a ve all suppor ting artefacts in plac e to run, from the poi nt a new proj ect is identified th roug h to m onthly inv oicing and fin al proj ect clo sure. Yo u wil l en sure our custome rs receive a great servic e by making sur e in voices an d cont ractua l docu ments a re cor rect, in - p lac e and operating within parameters. Yo u will build and r un k ey KPI r eports and p resent to senior manageme nt. Yo u will trac k an d monitor th e s tatus o f cont ract s, ensurin g cont ract cr iteri a is me t and action taken befo re dea dline date s. You will mainta in P rojec t re cor ds and li aise directl y with deli very teams to ensur e all inf o rmation is corr ect and up to date.
