Overview
Agnew General Engineering Ltd are seeking an office administrator to run the day-to-day operation of our office. Administer accounts payable and receivable on Sage Accounts. Operation of weekly Sage Payroll for 10 staff. General office duties as required. The ideal candidate must be self motivated and be able to work independently and maintain tasks accurately and with professionalism.
Responsibilities
* Administer accounts payable and receivable on Sage Accounts
* Process purchase and sales invoices
* Quarterly VAT returns
* Wages and pension contributions weekly on Sage Payroll (10 staff), make payments and liaise with HMRC
* General office duties as required
Skills and Qualifications
* Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Word and Excel
* Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts and Sage Payroll desirable but training will be provided
* Previous experience in an office environment/book-keeping

Location: Craigavon, Laurencetown

Hours: 20 per week
Contract: Permanent
