Job Description

You will support the seamless running of our Restaurant and Bar, by providing a highly efficient and effective service. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency and delivery of all beverages whilst delivering an Engaging, Dynamic Guest Experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Welcoming the guests to our new F&B outlets & providing efficient, friendly, and professional service
2. Breakfast Buffet Setup and Replenishment.
3. Conveying the hotel's image through his/her attitude, professionalism and excellent grooming standards
4. Communicating proficiently in English (spoken and written) with guests
5. Preparing and serving a wide range of drinks and coffees
6. Good knowledge of our products
7. Take responsibility for your designated section and station
8. Ensuring that the F&B area remains well stocked at all times
9. Receiving and processing customers’ payments
10. Maintaining hygienic food service techniques during service
11. Cleaning and sanitizing tables
12. Taking a positive problem-solving approach to guest problems and concerns
13. Actively selling and promoting hotel facilities and services

Qualifications

To be successful in this role we ask that you have:

14. Previous experience as within hotels or service-based industry is required.
15. Sense of urgency.
16. Yes, yes, yes mentality.
17. Can do attitude.
18. Have a genuine passion for food and beverage.
19. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
20. Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
21. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
22. Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
