LKS2 Teaching Assistant
Location: Yorkshire and the Humber, West Yorkshire, Leeds
Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time

Salary: £85 - £95 Per day
Job Duties:
* Assist the Lower Key Stage 2 (LKS2) teachers in delivering engaging lessons
* Support individual and small groups of pupils with their learning activities
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources
* Supervise pupils during class and break times
* Provide feedback to teachers on pupil progress and behaviour
Required Qualifications:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience:
Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of the UK primary school curriculum
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Patience and empathy when working with children
Preferred Qualifications:
* Higher level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification
* First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
* Full-Time role, working hours may vary
* Temporary position with the possibility of extension
* Work within a primary school environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
