Incident Problem Governance Lead

Responsibilities
* Oversee IT service management processes, particularly in Incident, Problem, and Knowledge (IPK) domains.
* Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
* Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement, including reporting and performance metric delivery.
Qualifications / Skills
* Experience with IT service management processes, especially Incident, Problem, and Knowledge (IPK) domains.
* Proven ability to develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, including reporting and performance metrics.
* Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in IT governance and compliance (highly valued).
* Experience mentoring colleagues, managing teams and leading multi-year strategic initiatives (highly valued).
* Strong analytical skills for data analysis, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement (highly valued).
