Kido is a place where innovation and imagination unite to create modern Early Years settings. We’re looking for a Room Leader to join our team at Kido International Nursery & Preschool, Fulham, London, SW6 7HB.
We are international, operating in India, USA and the UK. In the UK all our nurseries are Ofsted rated Good and Outstanding and are based in London and Windsor. We’re still growing with 1-2 new nurseries opening each year. At Kido, we blend the best practices from the Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf Steiner approaches and have a unique curriculum for children aged 3 months to 5 years. We believe that a combination of free and structured play, an engaging and interactive learning environment, and an abundance of love, care and attention provide the most solid foundation for children in their early years.

What the Room Leader role entails
Welcome to the heart of Kido, where passion, ambition, and people are at the core. As a Room Leader you’ll be more than just a leader; you’ll be an ambassador for our values, a gatekeeper for our vibrant culture.
You’ll take full ownership of your room, transform learning outcomes into inspiring classroom experiences, and lead your team to plan, organise and execute engaging activities that align with the EYFS and the Kido curriculum.
You’ll support educators in observing, assessing and setting goals for each child, model excellence, drive the growth of your team, and ensure a nurturing environment that meets the unique needs of every child.
What we’re looking for
To apply you must hold a Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent and have experience as a Level 3 Educator. You may already be a Room Leader or Deputy Room Leader. You must hold the right to work in the UK, and you will be asked to provide details of all unspent convictions prior to interview in line with our Safer Recruitment process, and an enhanced DBS check will be processed for anyone who joins the team.
