Responsibilities:
* Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the finance industry.
* Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
* Managing a full-cycle recruitment process.
* Providing thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results.
* Managing complex negotiations.
* Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets.
* Positively promoting the 11 brand in the market.
* Acting as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.
* Supporting manager with training, standing in when required, and driving initiatives and company values.
What are we looking for?
* Demonstrated success in delivering against individual and team revenue targets.
* Experience as a 360 recruiter in an agency with a proven track record of success.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates/clients.
* High levels of motivation to achieve both personal and team goals.
