Implementation Analyst
Here at Alexander Lloyd, we’re currently partnering with a well-established UK provider of workplace pensions, with over 75 years of expertise. Supporting hundreds of thousands of members and managing billions in assets, they have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality pension solutions.
They are now looking to bring on an Implementation Analyst to join their growing implementation team, part of their wider administration function.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and analysis of complex pension calculations while driving data quality through robust audit and validation processes.
* Oversee system automation, testing, and UAT in collaboration with IT and administration teams, acting as a key systems expert to deliver continuous improvement.
* Provide subject matter expertise on scheme transfers and benefit structures, while managing implementation plans, refining test strategies with developers, and embedding strong risk management across all activities.
Essential Criteria:
* Must have a strong pension administration background with DB pensions
* Proven experience in defining and developing complex pension calculations
This role is hybrid to their Leeds office, 2 days per week.
