1. Assist in the day to day running of the estate.
2. Assist in the achievement of the required KPI score for the contract.
3. Help to maintain standards as set out in the Service Level Agreement.
4. Undertake role in a professional manner at all times.
5. To carry out team briefings.
6. To check and sign time sheets in order with procedures.
7. Ensure all legislative requirements are adhered to.
8. To ensure health, safety and security of staff, customers, premises, and equipment by encouraging and monitoring best practices at all times.
9. Provide support for the safe and efficient operation of the premises.
10. Ensure all customer requirements are met.
What you'll need to succeed
11. Previous experience of working within the facilities / estate management area.
12. Goodmunication skills.
13. Team player.
14. Good at developing strong work relationships with on-site clients and employees.
15. Good understanding of Health and Safety requirements and legislation.
16. Environmental awareness tool box talk.
