As a Property Administrator, you will need to:
* Develop and build strong relationships with key clients
* Liaise between landlords and tenants
* Advise and recommend courses of action on a range of property issues
* Liaise with third-party suppliers to arrange works to be undertaken
* Investigate and resolve queries and problems
* Meet and exceed both team and individual service standards
The ideal candidate will:
