Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience and be proficient in various computer applications. This role is essential in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes within the organisation.
Duties
* Provide admin support to team members and management.
* Manage incoming phone calls as part of a team.
* Managing the debt collection process relating to client fees.
* Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office.

Skills
* Proven office experience with a solid understanding of administrative functions.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Previous administrative experience is highly desirable.
* Strong verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Experience with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
* Familiarity with Xero is advantageous but not essential.
