What you’ll be doing… As a General Assistant, you will provide support across various operational tasks to help ensure the smooth daily running of the site or department. Assist with the day-to-day running of the site. This is a customer-facing role, and you will need to have relevant experience working in a customer service role Working in a fast-paced hospitality role, dealing with a high volume of customers in a very busy environment Be proactive, positive and calm under pressure to deal with a variety of customers Follow health and safety guidelines and company policies Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or visitors Working pattern/Essentials: Shifts will vary between the hours of 3:00am until 8:30pm. Shifts consist of 8 hours with a half-hour unpaid break. Shifts will vary across the week and will involve some earlies, middle shifts and some lates We operate 7 days a week, the working pattern for this role is 5 days over 7 and will involve weekends Ideally, your own transport would be preferable due to the nature of the shift patterns This role is to work from the 1st of April until the 31st of October and will incorporate limited holidays due to the business requirements What can you bring?
