This specialist school supports children and young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and physical disabilities. As Deputy Headteacher, you will play a key role in the strategic and operational leadership of the school. You will work closely with the Headteacher and wider leadership team to drive high standards of teaching, learning and pupil outcomes, while ensuring a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for all. This role would suit an experienced Deputy Headteacher or an ambitious Assistant Headteacher who is ready to step up into a senior leadership position within a SEND setting. Previous experience as a DHT or AHT is essential and QTS is required.
