Role Overview
We are looking to recruit 2 Helpdesk Operators to work as part of an established team delivering Hard & Soft FM services via the 8888 Helpdesk. The postholder will handle calls, log jobs, and manage enquiries for the Aintree and Royal Liverpool sites.
Working Hours
The position is a 24‑hour post, covering days, nights and weekends. Applicants must be willing to work across all shift patterns.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a customer‑focused service, handling all client/customer requests and complaints efficiently and sensitively.
* Receive and process telephone requests to ensure timely and effective completion in line with the service level specification.
* Log relevant information in the CAFM database, enabling accurate transfer to appropriate departments and maintaining a clear timeline of events.
* Follow unit logging procedures and act as the focal point for all calls.
* Pass on instructions to staff, record actions, and support the contract in meeting performance targets.
* Update CAFM with service and fault reports received from contractors.
Location
Base location at Aintree and Royal Liverpool sites, with coverage of all associated Hospital sites (Aintree University Hospital, Broadgreen Hospital, Royal Liverpool University Hospital).
