Runshaw College is one of the most successful colleges in the country, renowned locally and nationally for our outstanding results, a friendly and supportive culture, and a focus on putting the student at the heart of all we do.
We value our staff and students highly, and invest heavily in their development, support and wellbeing. Situated in Leyland, Lancashire, the College is near the M6, M61 and M65 and within commuting distance of Manchester, Liverpool and the Lake District.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced teacher to join the outstanding School of Sport & Tourism, delivering predominantly on our A level PE and BTEC sport courses. The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, delivery and assessment of units, particularly those relating to exercise physiology, on courses such as A level PE and BTEC level two and three sports courses.
With a record of successful outcomes for students, you should be a qualified teacher with a degree in a relevant subject area. The experience of teaching A level PE is also desirable.
