Salary: Up to £165k base salary + Double OTE + Equity

The Role


As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving new business across the UK, targeting enterprise accounts. You’ll partner closely with Sales Engineers and Marketing to identify opportunities, run strategic sales cycles, and close high-value deals.


This role is best suited for a proven new business hunter with experience selling into mid-market or enterprise-level organisations, ideally within cybersecurity, data, or cloud.


Responsibilities:


* Own and drive the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing.
* Engage C-level stakeholders across security, compliance, and IT.
* Effectively position the value of AI-powered data security in solving enterprise challenges.
* Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting.


What Does Success Look Like? You consistently meet or exceed quota, close complex deals with key enterprise accounts, and contribute significantly to the company's UK expansion and wider EMEA success story.


What We’re Looking For:


* 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in cybersecurity, data, or cloud platforms.
* Track record of hitting or surpassing quota in high-growth environments.
* Strong communication and consultative selling skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
* Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment - you’re adaptable, proactive, and thrive in change.
