My client is looking for a proactive and hands-on Operational Co-ordinator to join their existing team. This role involves travelling to sites, assembling parts, agricultural construction and ensuring that their products are built correctly on sites.
Operational Coordinator Key Responsibilities
* Plan and delegate daily and weekly workloads on-site.
* Supervise and participate in hands-on construction of tunnel systems.
* Operate and oversee machinery and tools safely and efficiently..
* Deliver clear, hands-on training on system use, maintenance, and management.
* Ensure a positive customer experience and provide feedback to internal teams.
* Promote safe working practices and ensure adherence to company and industry Health & Safety standards.
* Conduct regular safety checks and maintain accurate compliance records.
* Coordinate materials delivery and plan team travel for project sites.
* Maintain flexibility to travel across the UK, Europe, and beyond at short notice.
* Oversee the condition and use of tools, machinery, and vehicles.
* Monitor stock levels of installation materials and report maintenance needs promptly.
Operational Coordinator Essential Experience & Qualifications
* Experience in construction or agriculture is essential
* Mechanical experience or understanding of equipment use (preferred)
* Forklift/telehandler licences (desirable)
* Strong literacy and numeracy
* Experience working abroad or with international teams (advantageous)
