We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team as a Retail Shop Keyholder at our Nailsea shop.

A role as a Retail Shop Keyholder will help you develop a wide range of skills that you can take with you throughout your career.

You will receive full training and be supported by experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly managers and team members.

If you have a passion for second hand, recycling, upcycling, and enjoy building strong relationships, and if you want a role where you feel valued and know you are contributing to the care of patients and their families, then we want to hear from you.

The details:

* Salary: from £24,460 - £25,047 (FTE) per year, equivalent to £12.51 to £12.81 per hour
* Working 15 hours per week, 2 in 6 days

* Ability to carry out manual handling tasks

* IT literacy and numeracy skills, including using email systems, online resources, and basic spreadsheets
* Previous retail experience would be useful but not essential

Key responsibilities:

* Assist the management team in achieving profit targets by reducing costs and maximising sales
* Operate as part of the shop team, carrying out tasks necessary for the shop's success and smooth operation
* Support high standards of presentation on windows and the shop floor
* Help implement changes to ensure maximum sales
* Encourage and support stock donations from the public
* Actively demonstrate our values through your role

We understand that the 'perfect candidate' may not exist, and that people can be discouraged from applying if they don't meet every requirement.
