We are currently recruiting for a Bodyshop Manager to join our Client based in Cardiff. Our Client is offering the successful Bodyshop Manager On Target Earnings of £78000. The hours of work for this Bodyshop Manager role are Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm (42.5-hour working week). Benefits: Starting basic salary up to £60,000 per annum, pending experience. Access to a net-profit shared bonus providing up to £18,000 in bonuses per annum based on target achievement. Overachievement bonuses are uncapped and accelerating based on consistent performance.
