A bit about the role…
* Deliver great customer service in line with our ‘Mr Wicked Cares’ structure
* Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy
* Complete customer refunds and credits
* Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image
* Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all of our products
* Assist with stock counts and highlight any discrepancies to the Cluster Manager
You could be our next Cluster Manager if you can :
* Lead from the front, building relationships with our customers
* Inspire and motivate through coaching and mentoring
* Develop your team to enable them to meet store objectives and progress their own careers
* Drive sales targets and meet deadlines
* Keep up to date with the latest products, promotions and offers
* Give every customer the best possible experience in your store
* Problem solve in a positive, pragmatic way
* Make sure that every customer has a welcoming and inviting experience in our stores
* Be flexible to work 5 days out of 7
