What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or business development, preferably within the construction sector. * Strong understanding of the construction industry and its specific recruitment needs. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates. * Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. * Proficient in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
