Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales/Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing high-quality administrative and sales support to the Estimating Department, to ensure the smooth running of daily business operations. This role is integral to supporting the internal team, engaging with existing & new clients and contributing to customer satisfaction and business growth.
Duties
* Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and emails, passing qualifying leads to the estimating team.
* Receive and log new enquiries.
* Maintain organised digital and paper filing systems.
* Follow up with clients on outstanding quotes.
* Use clients Web Portals for new and existing projects.
* Researching potential projects.
* Create and schedule social media posts in line with the company's brand and content calendar.
* Assist in keeping marketing material and websites up to date.
* Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages on social platforms.
* Create Database of new & existing customers.
* Expand the end user Service & Maintenance department.
Experience
* Excellent telephone and communication skills.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft software and programmes.
* Organisational skills.
* Confidentiality and trust whilst handling private information.
* The ability to develop and maintain professional relationships, with clients, suppliers, and internal staff.
* Adaptable and willing to learn new systems and processes.
* NVQ Level 3 in Business administration, or experience in an administrative, sales support, or office coordinator role are advantageous.
Salary range dependant on qualifications and experience.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
