Customer Service Assistant – Part Time Location: M17 Working Days: Monday, Tuesday & Friday Hours: 10:00am – 3:00pm / 3:30pm Pay: £12.71 per hour We are looking for a reliable and organised Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. Duties Include: * Responding to customer emails professionally and efficiently * Using a warehouse management/customer service system * Handling customer queries and order updates * General administrative and customer support tasks Requirements: * Good IT skills * Experience using Microsoft Office * Confident with email communication * Ability to learn and use warehouse/customer service systems (similar to Amazon customer service platforms) * Good attention to detail and communication skills Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
