Required Education, Skills And Qualifications
To have experience working with elderly and people with dementia is preferred.
Responsibilities
1. To be able to work with the residents to help them develop and organise activities based on their needs and interests.
2. To spend time working on programming activities, events, and outings.
3. Be able to build good relationships with the residents and their families.
4. Caring, kind & enthusiastic.
5. Good organisational skills.
6. To be able to motivate people.
7. Good time management and ability to schedule and plan.
