Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE

About the Role
They are seeking a hands-on Data Manager to join their commercial data function. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining reporting systems, supporting forecasting and performance tracking and ensuring data is accurate, consistent and structured for decision-making. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems and providing insight that drives business performance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Own and maintain core commercial reporting across sales, campaigns, events, and audiences.
2. Build and maintain advanced Excel models, trackers, and dashboards.
3. Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and teams.
4. Support forecasting, performance tracking, and ROI analysis.
5. Ensure data is structured consistently, accurate, and reliable.
6. Maintain clear documentation explaining data usage and definitions.
