*Overview*_MOT Tester/Mechanic _Unifit Mot testing centre is looking for a qualified MOT Tester/Mechanic to join their busy team in their family run business.Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5PM21days paid holiday per annum + bank holidaysThe role will consist of carrying out MOT's, general service and repair work, diagnostics and all vehicle repair related duties.Requirements for the role -* Level 3 NVQ or equivalent minimum* Ability to complete jobs on industry given times* Ability to work as part of a team* Experience in carrying out repairs* Demonstrate an eager and honest approach to work* Ability to carry out MOT tests.Some of your responsibilities will be -* Carry out routine Services and Maintenance* Identify worn or faulty components* Diagnose and repair of motor vehicles* Ensure all work is performed accurately and efficiently.* Carry out MOT Testing.Job Types: Permanent, Full-timeBenefits:* Company pensionSchedule:* Monday to FridayExperience:* mot tester: 1 year (preferred)Pay: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:* Plymouth PL1 3PE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)Experience:* Mechanic: 3 years (required)Language:* English (required)Licence/Certification:* Driving Licence (required)Work authorisation:* United Kingdom (required)Work Location: In person
