Clinical Lead Nurse

Oaklodge Care Home - Chard - TA20 2HN

£26-£26.50 Per hour depending on experience

Your main responsibilities as a Nurse include:

* Assessing all aspects of clients' care needs and providing health supervision and direct nursing care when required
* Assessing social and health care needs of new clients and maintaining ongoing assessments
* Ensuring care plans are completed and maintained in collaboration with clients, relatives, and healthcare professionals, following NMC guidelines and company policies
* Administering prescribed medicines and documenting accordingly
* Practicing with integrity in all dealings with clients’ personal and financial affairs
* Supervising and instructing junior and new staff members
* Attending mandatory training days/courses as required
* Maintaining good communication with clients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team, and providing administrative support when needed
