Information Technology Business Relationship Manager, Leicester
Overview
A renowned education establishment in Leicester is seeking two Business Relationship Managers to support the growth of its modernised Digital and Technology directorate.
Responsibilities
1. Lead digital & technology relationships within designated areas of the organisation.
2. Ensure excellent customer service by developing and managing service level agreements (SLAs), and reviewing them to meet stakeholder needs.
3. Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering services accordingly.
4. Gather requirements and align them with organisational objectives to ensure the directorate’s services meet staff and student needs.
5. Assess future business requirements and advise on service portfolio adjustments.
6. Support strategic and operational planning as a senior leadership team member.
7. Identify process challenges and drive service improvement initiatives.
8. Develop relationships with stakeholders to support decision-making and innovation.
9. Analyze data to inform organisational decisions.
10. Lead projects, ensuring successful completion through collaborative teamwork.
11. Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively across teams.
12. Implement IT demand management processes and resource deployment strategies.
13. Perform other duties as required.
14. Uphold organisational values: collaboration, compassion, creativity, and community-mindedness.
15. Ensure compliance with the Equality Act 2010 and promote diversity and inclusion.
16. Contribute to environmental sustainability and health & safety policies.
Additional Details
* The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence 3 days a week.
* Public sector experience is essential.
