Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll lead efficient, high-quality people operations, governance and data-led insight.
Based in Guernsey or Jersey (with inter-island travel), you’ll work closely with senior leaders and the People team to optimise organisational design, workforce planning and performance management. You’ll drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle, own people systems and MI, lead continuous improvement, and support change, audits and complex ER cases.
