Permanent contract from day one Pay rate increases after once fully trained Free parking 25 days holiday bank holidays Private Health Care Critical Illness Cover – all non-contributory Employee assistance programme A clear path to career progression and personal development Day to Day Duties: As a Chemical Blender your duties will be: Blending chemical products with precision and consistency Transferring and replenishing raw materials Supporting lab-based quality testing Following robust health & safety procedures around hazardous goods Essential Skills Skills needed to be a Chemical Blender with our client are: At least 2 years in a factory or production setting (ideally chemicals or multi-ingredient environments) A valid Counterbalance FLT Licence Great with numbers, details, and teamwork Physically capable and comfortable in a hands-on role Flexible with hours and open to the occasional shift or overtime Must have own transport Desirable Experience Desirable experience needed to be a Chemical Blender with our client is: Worked within a similar role previously Experience blending cleaning, cosmetics, food & beverage, or pharmaceuticals Familiarity with recipes, quality control, and measuring ingredients Training All training provided and additional support throughout Training is provided - but prior blending experience is key!
