Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
About The Role
My client is seeking an experienced Workplace Lead to oversee soft services and facilities operations at a large corporate/manufacturing site in Portsmouth. This role is key to ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-managed workplace, delivering high-quality services that enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilities & Soft Services Management - Oversee cleaning, security, catering, and other soft FM services.
* Contractor & Scheduling Management - Plan and coordinate external contractors for maintenance and workplace services.
* Help Desk & Issue Resolution - Manage the facilities help desk, ensuring quick response times and effective problem-solving.
* Health & Safety Compliance - Ensure the site adheres to safety regulations and best practices.
* Workplace Efficiency - Monitor service performance, budgets, and identify improvements to enhance workplace operations.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven Facilities Management (FM) experience, with a focus on soft services.
* Strong contractor scheduling and help desk management skills.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* A proactive, hands-on approach to workplace management.
* Knowledge of health & safety regulations within a corporate/manufacturing environment.
