Conveyancing Solicitor

An award-winning, Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to lead a small team within their busy residential conveyancing department. This fee-earning role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of team leadership and a passion for property law.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Oversee the progression of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of two, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency.
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other professionals to ensure smooth property transactions.
* Conduct legal research and draft various conveyancing documents.
* Monitor and manage the team’s caseloads, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Provide exceptional client care, maintaining the firm’s outstanding reputation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
* Strong leadership skills with experience leading a team.
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Commitment to providing high levels of client service.
