About the Role:
Vision for Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work in a range of welcoming primary schools across Harlow. Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
2. Work with small groups and on a 1:1 basis to support pupil progress
3. Assist pupils with additional needs, including SEN, where required
4. Help maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
5. Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development
6. Assist with classroom preparation and general duties
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
7. Experience working with children (in schools or other settings)
8. A patient, caring, and proactive attitude
9. Strong communication and teamwork skills
10. A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
11. Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3) – desirable but not essential
