Are you an experienced sales professional who enjoys building strong relationships, achieving KPIs while maximising revenue opportunities? We are looking for a sales professional with a background in consultative selling. Do you have a natural aptitude for sales, and would you like the opportunity to work within the exciting world of Dentistry within Northern Ireland? You will have an extensive portfolio of existing customers, a generous commission structure and either a company car or car allowance. This is an opportunity to meet clinical specialists and present them with the best possible solutions, whilst growing your revenue stream. Duties & Responsibilities Sell all BFM Group products to customers. This includes consumables, equipment service packages, facial aesthetics, compliance services and handpiece repairs. Carry out objective-based appointments with prospective and current customers, ensuring detailed and coherent records are kept on CRM. Project manage all leads on behalf of the customer, working with key stakeholders to ensure an exceptional customer experience is provided throughout the customer purchasing process. Build a fluid portfolio business plan and work collaboratively with marketing to ensure a marketing strategy is implemented in the field. Identify and develop relationships with local dental organisations and committees. Attend relevant seminars and events to raise the profile of DD.
