Your New Role
Senior Project Manager – a critical role that delivers complex, cross‑functional programmes at RoslinCT. You will lead the full lifecycle of client and internal projects, ensuring delivery excellence, operational efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with the Head of Projects to plan and deliver the RoslinCT project portfolio in line with business priorities.
* Lead end‑to‑end delivery of client programmes, including tech transfer, development activities and GMP manufacturing.
* Utilise project management tools to track progress, manage scope and provide regular updates.
* Apply governance frameworks and provide clear reporting to stakeholders and steering committees.
* Proactively identify and manage risks, issues and opportunities for successful delivery.
* Lead cross‑functional teams, driving collaboration, prioritisation and effective decision‑making.
* Act as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and supporting interactions, including site visits.
* Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication across stakeholders, including Finance on key milestones.
* Drive continuous improvement of project processes, tools and ways of working.
* Deputise for the Head of Projects and provide coaching, support and line management for team members.
About You
* Significant project management experience (10+ years), ideally within a pharmaceutical or GMP manufacturing environment.
* Proven ability to manage complex programmes and break them into manageable components.
* Experience in line management within a project management function.
* Competent in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheets) and Microsoft 365.
* Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
* Strong stakeholder and client management skills, with the ability to influence and manage expectations.
Qualifications
* A degree in a Life Science or equivalent qualification/experience.
* A recognised Project Management Qualification (e.g., AMP or equivalent) or relevant experience.
