Finance Manager Opportunities | FTSE-Listed Organisation
Hook based - Hybrid working (3 days in office)
Stanton House are currently hiring multiple Finance Managers to join a FTSE-listed business undergoing a major finance transformation. These are not “business as usual” roles.
You will be joining at a pivotal moment, helping to build a new onshore Finance Hub as part of a wider operating model transformation. This programme is focused on reshaping how finance supports the business - driving standardisation, improving processes, and embedding better ways of working. The role:
You will take ownership of the end-to-end Record-to-Report process, leading a blended team of onshore and offshore accountants while ensuring accurate, timely, and well-controlled financial reporting.
Alongside delivery, you will play a key role in:
* Driving a robust and efficient month-end close process
* Leading and developing teams through change and transformation
* Identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements
* Partnering with operational stakeholders across a large, complex contract environment
* Bringing clarity and insight to financial performance
What we’re looking for:
* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
* Proven experience leading sizeable teams, ideally through change or transformation
* Strong month‑end and financial reporting ownership
* A mindset that challenges existing processes and drives continuous improvement
* Experience operating in a large, complex organisation
* Someone reliable, structured, and delivery-focused
* Owned processes, driven outcomes, and operated at scale
