Wellbeing Personal Trainer
Location: Derby | Gym | Permanent | Part Time
Salary: Starting from £29,045.12 to £39,241.28 OTE
Hours: 24 hours per week

As a Personal Trainer at our gym, you should be confident, outgoing, and approachable. Whether you're experienced or newly qualified, you must have achieved REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above). Excellent communication skills are essential, including listening, understanding, and explaining effectively.
As a Personal Trainer, you will:

Salary is based on a 40-hour week, comprising 32 hours on the gym floor and 8 hours of PT sessions. As your client base grows, your gym floor hours will decrease to maximize your PT earnings potential of up to £39,241.28 OTE.
During probation, all contracts will be a minimum of 24 gym floor hours to ensure a guaranteed minimum salary. Your earnings will increase as you build your client base and improve your earning potential.
PT session pay is on a sliding scale—the more sessions you deliver, the higher your take-home earnings.
