* Willing to give and receive feedback on performance to/from colleagues and managers
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for an individual with heart, resilience and unwavering commitment to quality and the best possible outcomes for our children.

* If you have experience of supporting young people with learning disabilities that would be great – but this may be a whole new career for you so don’t worry if you haven’t.
* Philosophy that only the best is good enough when it comes to the children in our care
* Perhaps you’ll have experience in a children’s educational setting, have family members with needs,a background helping and supporting others or a deep sense of wanting to.
