Join GRAHAM as a Group Internal Auditor and help shape the future of our internal controls, risk management, and governance across diverse business divisions.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders to deliver independent assurance, drive operational excellence, and support strategic decisions with sharp financial insights.
What you’ll do:
1. Lead and deliver risk-based audits across the group
2. Evaluate financial controls and identify improvement opportunities
3. Produce clear, actionable reports for senior stakeholders
4. Track and follow up on audit recommendations
5. Help evolve our audit strategy, tools, and best practices
Personal Specification
What you’ll bring (Essential):
6. A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIA, or similar)
7. Proven internal audit experience, ideally in a group or multi-entity setting
8. Strong knowledge of financial systems, controls, and risk frameworks
9. Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
Bonus points (Desirable):
10. Experience in construction or facilities management
11. A knack for influencing and improving audit methodologies
