Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? We are seeking dedicated and compassionateSEND Teaching Assistants.About the Role:As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEND needs, including those with EHCPs.
* Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver personalised learning strategies.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes independence and confidence.
* Support pupils both in class and in small group or 1:1 settings.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Has experience working with children with SEND (desirable but not essential).
* Is patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about supporting learning and development.
* Can work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with staff, pupils, and parents.
* Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
